Now, once descension occurs, (meaning they are released from hybernation and can exist once again in a time period where they belong) they are stuck down in this universe, so they will one way or the other be waiting for that energetic scare "sealing" them back in their bodies.
They touch it, and nothing happens. That means they are from outside of the dimension and haven't the privledge to use an artificial universe.
So, they may be without a freedom state profile, that means immidiate firmirmenting but do not scare them into their bodies for 10 years of healthy lifestyle.
After ten years new citizens can birth children and be completely normalized.
Staying on the lookout and offering responsibility to potential decievers is the best way to see if they are a deciever.
