These type of people without, free-will, have been removed from their bodies by the Holy Spirit, for judgment like this to occur, the person is still connected by soul to his body like a long thin finishing string. His conscious viewpoint is observing his actions for him or her to get an objective view on how they act / treat others. For this to have happened, a person must have been warned of their behaviors and repeatedly continues to mistreat others.
In order to get this person a second chance, we have to create a valve for them to squeeze back into their bodies.
I have suggested in the past, waiting until they get arrested and then doing a scare, frightening the subject, but Hell hasn't even started yet.
When the introduction to people from hell emerges, circa 2040, with the understanding that the Free State is introduced, they have to Earn their free-will back, which members of the Lord's Creed, will be utilizing unseen armor, and earned virtue, to provide opportunities for the subject to change.
We, I repeat, we only have good people, who didn't make the "Heaven cut" right now. Some are without free-will.
We have time to create a free & wise society.
