Or a place where the only jobs at all, are minimal pay, extra stress jobs, as an effort to keep us moving.

Everyone wants the same thing, a dignified, purposeful life, and in this rat race, you have to go to jail, in order to forge a way out. If that's the truth, why are we punishing those who are doing right?
Drugs become the only source of relief, and homeless explosion so large that our communities are flooded with those who struggle to find their way. Looked at with contempt, for being dirty, unable to care or feed themselves.

Between the growing homeless problem and the amount of unused government assets. An asset is worth a second chance, many of the homeless people of America have spent their whole lives in institutions, programs, nearly making ends meet there whole lives, by 30, they've given up, and it's true. Many of them resort to the only source of comfort that is attainable to them.
Why are we making gods job hard?
After the 2021 LGH Firmirment lapse, basically, we got the backwash of about 100 million homeless refugees from another reality, myself included.
This is our chance to align ourselves with a higher power, if he is real, to align ourselves with him, by gifting second chances. That's what forgiveness is all about.
