The universe can be toggled with a glove or something of the sort- "toggle through planes of existence" 

 

So long as the plane is labeled "no sentient life" we can go down there for whatever. - private sector gaming - challenges - etc, entry points can be programmed as well to have no pain, etc.

We could do the universe at home, but for reasons involving over-use, they'll only be allowed on community property.
