While some would argue that stimulation of the populace is a stronger and more viable solution, others would say simply expansion of families and populace size is the more effective solution.
Daring people may use more frequently, but risk crossing the dimensionsal / schiz barrier.
However, if the energy trade should become an issue, meaning, that (not projected for at least a hundred years), that the economy is ledged too heavily on energy. I made it clear, that the bonuses' of a energetic society we're contingent upon peace in diversity.
Another solution that is very viable, is changing history itself through starting a new timeline sometime in the 1700's. Now, changing the past can be incredibly difficult feat, and will require massive togetherness from all parties.

The organic timestamp happens sometimes around 1984, and is caused when a hero from inside the Firmirment, collides with it. While unmanned objects can fly freely through, sentient life will collide, and cause the electric shock needed to "begin time"
