Community Task Force (Police)

911  how can we help you

(Calling and lying to the police - is immoral)

(Trying to help here)

You always have the right to be open and honest with a task force member. They rotate for a reason. They're not above you, out to get you, meeting quota, they are you, have lives, go through the things you're going through.

Officers will diffuse situations, help come up with a suitable outcome for you. Suggestively.

Similar to a jury of twelve, groups of 4 individuals get trained up at scenario based night classes for 3 months, for a two to four year tour, usually after they have had some life experiences and understanding. The requirement: a desire to enforce true justice and balance amongst peers and members of your community.

Honor

  • A sense of understanding for all perspectives.
  • Ability to discern situations.
  • Forecast needs
  • Stand for what you believe needs to be done
  • Clear communication of desired outcomes

Current police officers will take a training and oversight position. Setting the stage for civilian officers midigating disputes around town. Two sets, or four individual officers will be needed to make an on-site arrest, or else other means of settlement instilled.

The goal: Fair and Reasonable. Free if possible.

Justified time.

The Task Force will decide effective measures to be taken, knowing that it is theirs job to not only stand for others, but themselves as well. Knowing that no one is above the law, but that you, also are the law.

What do you accept?

The Task Force is for misdemeanor neighborhood offenses, felony offenders will be handled by a superior task force, with less rotation, same premise.

Officers will meet at the end of the day. It takes 4 officers in agreement, to mandate punishment to the subject.

Task Force

is also directly responsible for calming tensions at House calls, community house calls and situations involving the community at large. They're direct responsibility is to weigh out importance and become judges of a responsible action.

For misdemeanor calls, task force officers can enforce up to 1 month in jail for previous non offenders.

Task force officers manage their communities, with profiles stemming from interactions, not arrests, because the goal isnt to incarcerate, unless the community is at risk, or the person is a consistent nuisance.

Calling the police isn't a death sentence for loved ones, but even can be called for a second pair of eyes on an argument, or situation, and if it is that bad, alternative forms of enforced separations and punishments are in God's hands, in the palms of responsible members of the community who have elected themselves to the task force.

They are the police.

Render judgement calls // END // give for aftermath follow-up

Make Arrests

Essentially law will remain the same. A lot more flexible.

Felony law will remain the same.

Plucked from outstanding members of the task force.

Probation officers and Aftermath teams:

  • In the wake of a call, any action required, can be followed up by an aftermath team, if not a overtly criminal offense.
  • The law is just, fair, individualized, and unique outcomes will arise from this. We are teaching the characteristics of a decent populace.
  • Aftermath teams will need to be well rounded and versatile in their checking affairs.
  • Judgement calls may not always be posted for aftermath teams to pick up (off the books agreements to be honored)
