It happens like this:
Drug dealers carry big bags next to them. Delivering them to our children. (Time theif style soul) They wait for hours and hours. The whole time, they're just waiting, when, when, when? They get upset, they call again and again. That's how buying drugs works.
Dealers who waste peoples time are known as (time theifs), and yes, they're are a lot of them in Hell, along with cutters, poisoners.
Anyway so your time theif, moving down the line, has already been receiving prayers for him to hurry up, in his ill-content, he talks shit, laughs with the guys, belittle those who he serves, claiming to help,
People who promise something knowing with ultieror motives, or claim to be some kind of person who takes from the needy for selfish gain. Slum-lords, or bad talkers, or any person who willfully takes advantage of the needy.
As stated before, the treaty is as follows, there is heaven on earth going on, if this plan goes into place, and most of them should be able to fit right into society without question. On the contrary, dealers who are timely and pure, are not punished, so long as they are good people and stand for God's values. and for this reason alone, mild usage is okay for humanity once in a while, so long as they are mostly sober minded and not addicted.
The debate is whether to keep them legal or not. People do them, and they get stuck in a rut eventually because of them, and having them legal may cause too much usage. There is a place for recovery, and many people feel much, much better after being in recovery. Even things like the opium lounge, is designed for people to use not twice a week for their whole lifetimes, but maybe go through a phase and then stop for a long period of time.
