The wealthy and God's royalty are always looking for ways to give back, and empowering people is like their middle name, that's what all great people have in common, they reach out to bring others along on their journey.
In no way am I obligating these people to fund the stock market, but many musicians, actors, and lobbyists, stock market men, are already seeking to empower regular people, granting them a better life.
Wealthy and successful people who call this place home will have an amazing and awesome chance, to put in installations of their very own design, as well as fund some of our ideas. Things that inspired them and got them from point A to point B, and had a good time doing it.
Jobs and career fields that come along with installations in this category, will be fulfilled on a separate basis, with the banks picking up the tab for any on-going jobs that these constructions garner.
Banks, in addition, will have access to fund some of these marketplace ideas, knowing that this is all of our country, and it's dying from the inside out.
Good and honest people, or badass MFers that people love, it doesn't matter really, we won't be able to see any personal contribution statistics from the bottom up. If a Founder would like to throw his name up as the founder and let the project fly, sobeit, if a Founder would like to be hands on, sobeit.
As long as we're active, as regular folks, there is nothing from stopping us in the future from stepping up, once again, and hosting a project or event with bank moneys and votes. One foot at a time.
This is a super great initiative that will bring some life back into people's lives.
The stock market of ideas is a county-wide referendum that enables citizens to make clear the kind of constructions they want in their neighborhoods. Votes and polls will be taken on a county-wide basis. And a construction can be requested by the community in need.
We ask that this software be made so that specific interest groups can get served on a larger scale. Once a construction has been agreed upon locally, musicians, and businessmen, and actors alike will have the ability to fund the endeavor.

Make it enjoyable to go to main street again, buildings for commune together. Not just art and fountains and the good walk, but places for our youth to be able to just go for no reason. Get creative with novelty shoppes on ground level. [Think interactive]

Graduate school housing
Houses should be big enough for privacy and small enough to know ur roommates, from 16 - 30 is a good size house. Same thing with females, walls insulated, no one likes being heard.
Houses organized on the map, same thing with dormatories, if you should choose to be in a dorm rather a group house, coming out of boarding school, the rules don't really change, but just the environment does a little. Make both.
Take account for 4 bodies per property on the district. We have a bright future.
Expansion of learning area should come naturally as we turn of age. Offices / study halls / practical skills / anything. Your house is going to be free forever. It's about quality time. Find something you like.
College areas will have a professional at labbed equipment rooms running various applicable sciences for students to learn. There'll always be some qualified person hanging around the area of their knowledge. They can pitch their teachers for integrated learning sponsorship which basically means "go for it", it's sound. Current Colleges will expand with what they already niche in, like travelling for specialty for 6months or longer, spending a few years there.
The only stuff I really have told you is the stuff that will ruin the planet, in 30 years, if we don't understand it.
