Graduate school housing
Houses should be big enough for privacy and small enough to know your roommates, from 16 - 30 is a good size house. Same thing with females, walls insulated, no one likes being heard, that goes for both genders.
Houses organized on the map, same thing with dormatories, if you should choose to be in a dorm rather a group house, coming out of boarding school, the rules don't really change, but just the environment does a little. Make both.
Take account for 4 bodies per property on the district. We have a bright future.
Expansion of learning area should come naturally as we turn of age. Offices / study halls / practical skills / anything. Your house is going to be free forever. It's about quality time. Find something you like.
We want them to have freedom to roam and make their schedules
College areas will have a professional at labbed equipment rooms running various applicable sciences for students to learn. There'll always be some qualified person hanging around the area of their knowledge. They can pitch their teachers for integrated learning sponsorship which basically means "go for it", it's sound. Current Colleges will expand with what they already niche in, and mixture in after 21 but they can have prerequisite classes located in the local area. Like travelling for specialty for 6 months or longer, spending a few years there.
